一言惊醒

已是很久前所写的。看,那时的我,还是很无忧无虑的呢!

前阵子,二少爷患上咳嗽。

中药西药都试过,就是没效。可怜的他,吃西药吃得手脚冰冷。

那天刚好Ohbin要炖冬瓜盅,听说治咳的功效,我也来试试。

天气炎热,我一心只想要买个大冬瓜,供一家大小润一润。

回到家,老妈子扎扎跳,问:你买那么大的冬瓜,有没有考虑到家里的锅是否可以装得下?

一言惊醒笨师奶,这次大镬!连忙拿出家里最大的锅,呼。。。幸好‘ 塞席’刚刚好。

所以,这次得到的教训是:弄冬瓜盅,先得看看自己的锅有多大。免得sai心机!

燉冬瓜很滋潤耶!請問你放的食材有?燉多久?有加水嗎?

以前我曾燉過一次,不過只加冰糖而已,由於放太多,結果甜到不行>_<

我只是想到,這樣大的冬瓜在熱騰騰的時候,要怎樣拿出來吧了。我很怕蒸東西時用那些沒有「耳朵」的碗或是碟,很難拿的。

可以拿来煲汤,煲薏米水咯。

这个做法其实很普遍喇。

美丽师奶,
没人叫你热腾腾去把整粒冬瓜拿出来,只盛水出来就行了。其实肉也可以挖出来,很软了。

我是从皓妈哪里学来的。
女人,你的锅直接这样放上stove 哪里煲吗?
我的冬瓜放进一个碗里,里头放南北杏和龙眼干, 碗放进一个锅里,隔水。 这样来炖3-4小时。
南北杏和龙眼干的分量去药材店配,看要几个人的分量。 真的有效。我已经弄了第二次了。
堂熙很喜欢,我不喜欢,南北杏很像蟑螂的味道。。呕呕呕。。。
